FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Got a question? We've got answers. If you have some other questions, text me anytime!

What payment do you accept?

Answer: Cash, Etransfer, Crypto, Silver, and Gold!

Why the 6 months increments?

Answer: As every transaction is done manually, monthly payments would be too much for me process and cause disruption of your services.  So, why not a year?  If requested, it possible.  However, the longer the duration the greater the risk.

When can I expect my delivery?

Answer: I do my very best to get you up and running as soon as possible.  Wait times vary, but the longest wait time would be one week.

Can I add more devices midway though my subcription?

Answer: You Can!  A new device is added to your account.  The remaining time on your subscription is recalculated with an additional device.  Ex. 1 Device for 6 months is $90.  2 Months into the subscription you decide to add another device.  4 months left would be $5 a month ($20).

Can I cancel my order?

Answer: Unfortunately, no; refunds are not available.  We do everything in our power to make sure you're set up for success BEFORE you commit to purchasing.  Help is always available after purchase, too!

Your ISP Speed

The topspeed of your internet package isn't as important as you think.  For 4k movies and streams all the is required is 25-30Mbps.  While 1080p has a much lower requiement of 10-15Mbps.  Most common internet packages range around 40Mbps to fibre 1Gbps or higher!  One, of the many, issue can arise from latency.  Latency is the speed, measured in ms, it takes for your data to go from point A to is destination point B and back.  Sometimes your ISP isn't using google maps with your data and your data gets lost somewhere along the way or it took a detour and returned home WAY too late.  That's referred to as a dropped packet or lag. I find most often the speed is as it should be, but there's some fishy with the latency, the numbers are way too high.  If your latency is more than 40ms there's an issue.  More still; if the speed is good, and the latency is good, there's latency underload -- which is usually the big one.  At the bottom is a quick and simple speed test.  However, I recommend you head on over to fast.com and run a speed test from there.
